The bill (Reg. No. 0934) suggests refining legal and organizational basis for implementation of state regulatory policy by bodies and officials of local self-government by giving the specially authorized body, which under article 18 of this law is the central body of executive power on matters of state regulatory policy, proposals to the regulatory bill that was developed by the body and/or official of local self-government.
People’s deputies believe that implementation of the requirements of the bill will increase the quality of preparation of the regulatory acts and they will in full correspond to the principles of state regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity.
